| Berry Creek Falls, Big Basin State Park | February 08, 2008 |
Located in the center of Big Basin State Park, Berry Creek Falls is the prettiest in a series of four waterfalls spread over a mile. Dark conditions make it very difficult to avoid a blown out sky and require a long exposure (here 6 seconds). It takes about 6 miles of hiking from the visitor center to get there. |

| Oak Tree in Rancho San Antonio | July 06, 2007 |
An oak tree casts shadows on a path at the Rancho San Antonio preserve in Los Altos. There exposures at 1ev interval were taken and I used PhotoMatix to average them. |
